Job Summary: We are looking for a UX/UI Product Designer with a strong background in software product development. This role is ideal for someone who understands product requirements and user needs in thoughtful, usable, and scalable interface solutions. You will work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders to translate use cases and product logic into functional, user-centered interface designs. Key Responsibilities • Translate use cases and functional requirements into detailed UX flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. • Collaborate with Product Managers to understand the problem space, map user journeys, and help shape the product roadmap from a UX perspective. • Participate in early discovery and requirement gathering sessions to align design efforts with technical feasibility and business objectives. • Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure feasibility of designs, provide clear documentation, and participate in handoff processes. • Design data-informed interfaces that reflect system logic, backend constraints, and complex user workflows. • Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure consistency across the product ecosystem. • Lead or support usability testing, feedback collection, and iterative refinement of designs. • Identify edge cases, error states, and accessibility needs in all design deliverables. • Participate in design QA and release reviews, validating that implemented features match design specifications. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of B2B, SaaS, or internal tool products. • Strong experience in translating use cases into interfaces, particularly in systems with complex logic or multi-step workflows. • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Understanding of product development lifecycles and how design fits into Agile or Scrum methodologies. • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and justify them with logic, data, or user insight. • Familiarity with component-based design and responsive layout principles. • Experience working with engineers and understanding of front-end capabilities and constraints (HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge is a plus). • Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion to collaborate in product development. Nice to Have • Experience conducting user testing sessions or collaborating with research teams. • Comfort working with multi-tenant systems or products with complex workflows. • Familiarity with design tokens, atomic design principles, or cross-platform systems.
