At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master / IT Project Manager to lead a strategic B2C mobile application transformation project in Spain for an international IT company specialized in information systems for the rail and mobility industry This is a key, senior role combining Agile leadership and IT project management , with full ownership of delivery, budget, risks and stakeholder communication. As a Scrum Master : Implement and ensure best practices of Agile / Scrum Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress) Promote Agile culture and continuous improvement Configure and use Azure DevOps dashboards and boards As an IT Project Manager : Manage project planning, resources, and dependencies Own budget tracking, cost control and reporting 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master and/or IT Project Manager • Strong background in B2C digital environments (mobile apps, e-commerce, digital platforms) • Solid mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps • English and Spanish: fluent Scrum certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent) French is a strong plus Since 2015, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).
